Night Bird is our year-round sparkling cider — a beautifully balanced blend of four classic Kent varieties that come together to create something greater than the sum of their parts. Easy to drink, hard to put down.

Tasting notes

Fresh and bright on the nose with crisp apple and subtle citrus. The palate is well-rounded and medium-sweet, with Cox's characteristic honeyed note balanced by the tartness of Bramley. Finishes clean with a gentle fizz.

The blend

Cox's Orange Pippin · Falstaff · Jonagold · Bramley — all grown on our Tenterden farm. Each variety brings something different: Cox for aromatics and honey, Falstaff for body, Jonagold for sweetness, Bramley for backbone and acidity.

Food pairings

Endlessly versatile. Great with pub food, burgers, grilled sausages, pork belly, or a generous slice of Cheddar. Also excellent alongside Thai and Vietnamese dishes where the sweetness works with spice.
