Fledgling No.3 Cider

Fledgling No.3 is a single variety Discovery apple cider form the 2021 vintage.

This cider has aromas of strawberries, roses and lychees with red fruit on the palate and balanced acidity.

Fledgling No3 cider is the third in our Fledgling series showcasing ciders made using the ancestral, or pét-nat (pétillant natural) method. This involves bottling before the end of primary fermentation, allowing the process to complete in the bottle itself.

Serve light chilled, but not cold.

7.1% ABV | SINGLE VARIETY DISCOVERY CIDER | 2021 VINTAGE

Ingredients: Cider and sulphites.
